We all accept exchanges for product defect within 14 days of delivery of purchase in its original packaging (bundle intact), with no alterations. Custom orders and orders with any modifications cannot be exchanged. Feel free to chat with us!

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items and gift cards cannot be exchanged.

Store Credit

If you need to return your item to us because of damage or the wrong item, you will be eligible for a store credit instead.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping or processing delays are not eligible for a refund
